1. Engagement Mandates & Deliverable Usage
Access to X-Vectors' structured data deliverables ("The Architecture") is governed by the specific Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) executed upon engagement. Generally, clients are granted full internal rights to deploy the structured logic frameworks within their proprietary enterprise software, legacy databases, and operational pipelines.
2. Intellectual Property & Structural Frameworks
X-Vectors acts strictly as a semantic translation and logic engineering layer. We claim no ownership over the underlying enterprise policies you provide, the extracted logic trees, or the resulting automation workflows. However, the commercial resale, syndication, or external redistribution of our proprietary data schemas and structuring methodologies is strictly prohibited without prior written consent and constitutes a material breach of these terms.
3. Disclaimers Regarding Regulatory Policy & Advisory Counsel
The structured data deliverables provided by X-Vectors are engineered strictly for systems integration and operational process automation. We are data architects, not policy advisors or regulatory counsel. Our deliverables do not constitute compliance advice, operational governance, or fiduciary counsel. X-Vectors explicitly disclaims liability for any operational disruptions, audit failures, or compliance breaches resulting from the downstream execution of the integrated workflows.
